The Ministry of Higher Education, Technology and Innovation is mandated to ensure that quality higher education, TVET, Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) programmes are provided at an internationally competitive quality standards to the Namibians. Thereto, Namibian's National System of Innovation are being strengthen through enhancing academic output, strengthening research, sensitising business and civil society.
